SUMMARY:Welaka Halloween Spooktacular
DESCRIPTION:Welaka is throwing a Halloween parade\, and the floats are golf carts. The Welaka Halloween Spooktacular is Friday\, October 23. The golf cart parade rolls out of Mason Newstead Park at 6:00 PM with Chief Bryant leading the route. Yes\, that is a police escort for a ghost driving a golf cart. Then everybody heads back to the park for Trunk or Treat at 7:00 PM. Here is what the town is asking of you: Decorate the cart. Lights\, cobwebs\, a skeleton riding shotgun. Go all the way in. Wear the costume. Grown-ups too. Bring candy for the kids. A lot of it. They have been training for this. No cart? You have time to fix that. Ours are street legal\, and we bring them to you in Welaka. Book at welakagolfcarts.com. Friday\, October 23 Parade: 6:00 PM\, starts at Mason Newstead Park. Trunk or Treat: 7:00 PM at the park
