Poverty is all around us and we will not turn away from it! Everyone has a right to achieve his/her inherent potential. They cannot when they are constrained by the context of circumstances in which they find themselves. As urgent as possible, actions, resources, and policies of noticeable impact need to be measurable and provide our existing and future residents with Quality Mental and Physical Health, Public Safety, and Economic Empowerment. Partnerships/collaborations with the leaders who make a difference and the neighborhood residents advisory are Critical to Implement Strategies. We, the residents of under-served neighborhoods are declaring Community Evolution, not only remaining in our declining neighborhoods but not giving up the fight to create a thriving community to be desired to be a resident.
