The 3rd Annual Datil Fest takes place Saturday, November 14, 2026, at Riverfront Park in historic downtown Palatka, with free admission and a family-friendly atmosphere. Guests can explore the Datil & Specialty Market, enjoy live music, sample incredible Datil-inspired creations, and discover the history and heritage behind one of Florida’s most unique peppers.

But Datil Fest is more than a festival — it’s an experience where YOU get to participate. Guests can become judges in the Amateur Datil Showdown and vote for Florida’s Best Datil Chef during the Culinary Datil Tasting Experience. Professional chefs, home cooks, farmers, food makers, vendors, musicians, and Datilheads from near and far come together to celebrate this Florida heirloom and help keep its story alive.
