This home is on a canal in Georgetown, FL that goes into the St. Johns River. The dock has water and electricity available. Water levels may run too low to get a boat docked you can check with me ahead of time for water levels . Springs are nearby with crystal clear water great snorkeling .The River is known for its fishing, crabbing and shrimping . You can take your boat to several restaurants on the water. The Oaks Golf Course and pickleball courts close by.
